The model and TV presenter said that she isn't in a rush to get back into another long-term relationship, as she was in "relationships back to back for 11 years" and she has decided she needs a bit of a break.
"I hated being on my own, I was terrified of being on my own", she said of being single at first, adding: "I love it now, I'm enjoying it and I think people find it quite weird that I'm enjoying being single".
They are said to have ‘strengthened their bond’ after suffering “big break-ups” – Fox from Billie Piper and Williams from Brian Mc Fadden.
“They’re enjoying spending time together and have had some great nights out.
Williams split from Mc Fadden in July 2015 after nearly three years of marriage.
The model and TV presenter announced the news on Twitter telling fans that she cares "greatly" about Mc Fadden but that they had decided to go their “separate ways”.
Williams also spoke on the programme about suffering from "quite bad" anxiety, which causes her to lose sleep.
He left in 2004 to work on solo projects but co-wrote the song 'If My World Stopped Turning' which was subsequently sung by Chris Doran in that year's Eurovision Song Contest.
He signed to Sony BMG records and released his debut number one solo single 'Real to Me' in 2004.
That year he released his debut solo album 'Irish Son'.
